Our Fitness Coaches enhance their knowledge and experience yearly through continuing education. We feel - if BEST is our standard - we need to stay current and relevant!

Our Coaches have varying levels of experience, but T2BB maintains a high level of expectation for the training we provide, holding our Team accountable.

Each Coach has a different style, offers different cues and sees different things - enabling our members more success in reaching their goals. The more eyes on you - the more efficient your training will be!

 

Allison Lenz Vandenberg

Fitness Coach / Pilates Instructor

While Allison is a native to Jackson, she studied Dance at Ohio State and came to us via Equinox in NYC. In her years of experience, she brings a unique array of specializations such as Certified Personal Trainer through American College of Sports Medicine, Aerial Silks, pre and post natal, Kettlebell, ViPR, Precision Nutrition, Functional Movement Screen, Animal Flow Movement, and CPR.

Charlie Shinkle

Fitness Coach

Charlie also a native to Jackson, whose family homesteaded here, has chosen Fitness Training as a second career. Certified through the American Council of Exercise, Charlie also has a Titleist Performance Institute Certification for golfers of all ages & abilities.

Augie, a Michigan native, brings his years of experience as a physical therapist assistant, 30+ years of Martial Arts, hundreds of hours of continuing education and training athletes at the collegiate level, to the philosophy of Training To Be Balanced.
