AKA: The Torturer. Just Kidding. I prefer to be the Encourager

Born where: St. Johns Hospital, you know, the one on Broadway

What does the T2BB culture mean to you: I was attracted to T2BB's welcoming environment, individualized training programs and T2BB's whole lifestyle approach. Sleep, stress, nutrition, recovery and mindset have just as much impact on your health and fitness as strength training and cardiovascular work.

Favorite Exercise: Barbell Deadlifts and Chin Ups

Least Favorite Exercise: Any variation of a bridge and the old 24's

What do you do when you’re not whipping people into fitness shape: What do the majority of the people in Jackson do? Play in the great outdoors of course. I bike, hike, ski and snowboard. I am also a sucker for circus arts; Silks, Lyra and Spanish Web are among my favorites. Adding stamps to my passport. It's a big world, full of amazing places to see and people to meet.

If you were a superhero who would it be & why: I fully admit my knowledge of Superheros is limited so I took an online quiz. It says I would be Superwoman. I am lean, muscular and feminine. Honest and a defender of the innocent. Sounds great to me, I'll take it!! I don't know about the whole cape thing. It seems like it would get in the way.
