Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private Training provides individualized attention at an affordable value and is our best & most popular training method to achieve fitness results at T2BB! With a (4) to (1) ratio for 55 minutes, the Fitness Coaches select the most appropriate exercise for ALL physical level abilities.

Members follow their own tailored, progressive program based on goals, abilities, and any areas of compromise. T2BB is able to address and create solutions & modifications to help a member feel safe and in control of their progress / health.

Members will discover that a Semi-Private setting is stress free, training with like minded members and being trained by varying Fitness Coaches provides a collection of collaborative information that best serves the member’s success!
