GROUP TRAINING
T2BB offers a variety of themed large group training sessions throughout the year. This type of training provides a personal training feel in a large group setting. Each instructed group training session incorporates scientifically designed drills to maintain the balance and fluidity of movement during high-level seasonal sports activities.
GROUP TRAINING TYPES:
Pilates Restorative Mat Training Restorative Pilates will first utilize a classical Pilates approach to safely and effectivley warm-up the body, increase body awareness and engage key muscles and nureo-muscular connections. Secondly, this training session will place a large emphasis upon stretching and lengthening the body.

Pilates Hard Core Training Hard Core Pilates is an intermediate-advanced mat training class which will help build upon the balance, control, strength, and flexibility. We will focus on posture, breathing, and body awareness. Excellent core strength maintenance during any season.

Kickbox Karake For anyone who wants to learn how to punch or kick correctly during a high level of metabolic atmosphere. This explosive and challenging training combines martial arts and boxing. Instruction on the fundamentals of punching and kicking in a continuous kickbox routine.
