We want to help you get the most out of your time with us.

COMPLETE COMPREHENSIVE FITNESS TRAINING & BEST CLIENT SERVICE

What truly sets us apart from the rest of the gyms or fitness centers is that we are a fitness facility whose sole focus is not about membership numbers – but about our members’ results. We invite you to come in and meet with one of our qualified Fitness Directors, the Owner, or General Manager – we do not have a team of salespeople. Meet our team and decide for yourself. If we’re not up to your standards, if we’re not the best, then membership may not be an option for you! It’s that simple.


WE WANT YOU HERE TO ACHIEVE RESULTS

We understand that making a decision to work out and choose a fitness program can be very difficult and/or intimidating. Will I like the other members? Will I feel intimidated and judged? Will I be able to keep up with a group? Will I really stick with it this time? Will the staff appreciate my business after the sale?

These are very common and honest questions that can only be answered by coming in to meet us and checking out our Trial membership! It’s hard to hide bad service, poor staff, or a lack of knowledge face-to-face!

 

BLITZ TRAINING

  • This is T2BB’s version of a hybrid open gym concept. Any member can train FOLLOWING a guided workout at T2BB during designated on/off peak hours. Blitz training is designed to aid those who are unable to attend regular Team class times or “get tied up” with life’s schedule.
  • Blitzes are wallboard (or video) timer workouts, available at a variety of times throughout day. One (1) or two (2) challenging intensities will be offered. Fitness Coach supervision available in the first 5 minutes for review of exercises, execution and safety, thereafter SELF-GUIDED.
  • Blitz training will allow one (1) to six (6) people to participate for 45 minutes in length. Average offerings per day are between three (3) and seven (7) daily.

 

TEAM TRAINING

  • T2BB offers a variety of themed progressive Team (previously known as group) training sessions throughout the year. These seasonally based classes provide a personal training feel in a group setting. Each instructed Team training session incorporates scientifically designed drills to maintain the balance and fluidity of movement during high-level sport or recreational activities.
  • Team trainings are small (14-16 people max) in size for a 55-minute period. This allows a more personal feel in a group setting without the over saturation of Fitness
  • Coach to member ratio. All Team classes are seasonally based and progressive.  Depending on time of year, we average five (5) different types of classes at 50-90 Team class offerings per month.

 

SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING

  • Semi private sessions are T2BB's most popular, most efficient and best training attribute to achieving fitness results. It is defined as three (3) or less members training with one (1) Fitness Coach for a 55-minute period. You can potentially train with a variety of Fitness Coaches and differing members based on your schedule. Every Semi private member receives an individualized training program specific to his/her fitness goals.
  • The Fitness Coach ensures a maximum workout based on your program, despite fitness level abilities. The Fitness Coach progresses you, based on your goals, consult results, tweaks, injuries, tightness’s, outside of facility activities…etc. by manipulating reps, sets, load, tempo, rest and exercise.

 

ONE ON ONE TRAINING

  • Though we encourage Semi private training, we do provide One-on-One training opportunities for those who desire a One-on-One setting. These one hour sessions are exclusive and are as such, a demanding setting for goals to be met. All the amenities provided in our highest level membership are available to you if you have purchased the minimum package of sessions - no contract required. Based on a comprehensive initial consult, we will design a customized program focusing on your specific fitness goals. During your training sessions, you will meet with one of our certified Fitness Coaches and be exposed to in-depth instruction and personal attention to safety, form and quality of movement.
  • An initial One-on-One training session is advisable and is considered, in part a consult (at one and half hours, no additional charge).  If you decide thereafter, that T2BB is a good fit for your training needs, a minimum of six (6) visits in a two month period is required. Rates are available upon request.  

 

PILATES

  • Pilates does not require a membership and is OPEN to the PUBLIC!
  • Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by the Greek German-born, Joseph Pilates. It is especially practiced in the US (where Pilates lived, developed and taught his method) and the UK. In his book Return to Life through Contrology, Joseph Pilates presents his method as the art of controlled movements, which should look and feel like a workout (not a therapy) when properly manifested. 
  • If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole human body. It places emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong powerhouse, and improving coordination and balance. 
  • We encourage all members to take advantage, especially men, to participate in one of our offered Pilates settings. Pilates training has a direct benefit to all sports activities, helping to augment speed, strength, agility, balance and endurance. We have a saying, “Real men do Pilates!
  • All methods are complimentary for achieving total body conditioning, focused breathing, biomechanics and dynamic alignment - plus weight loss, length and tone in muscle groups. You will develop intrinsic core strength and stability, maximize intramuscular flexibility and fluidity and train the entire body from the “inside out”.
  • All Pilates settings offer progression within your workouts, session to session or class to class.

    • Team Training Mat classes (14 students)
    • Pilates Equipment One-on-One (private setting)
    • Pilates Springboard Workshop Series (4 students)


BODY COMPOSITION

  • Body composition testing is the process of measuring the components of your body. Weight alone is not a clear indication of progression of health, strength gain or fat loss, because it does not distinguish between muscle and fat.
  • Along with a 5-15 minute discussion with a qualified Fitness Coach, a chart is created to keep track of progression. You will learn the four (4) main factors that influence muscle gain and fat loss – N.E.R.M. (Nutrition, Exercise, Recovery, Mindset). Once these concepts are fully understood, you will have a better strategy to discovering what does and does not work for your body.

 

WORKSHOPS

  • T2BB loves to promote workshops, often OPEN to the PUBLIC!
  • Refer to Classes or Schedule online or at T2BB Facebook for upcoming events!
  • Workshops provide an additional resource for continuing education for all - allowing us all to put into practice ideas that are not always readily available in our common learning.
  • Workshops are either directed by in-house educators or outside professionals!
  • Workshop topics often include:
    • Nutrition
    • Running Clinics
    • Tai Chi
    • Injury Prevention
    • Fat Loss
    • Office Postural Dynamics
    • These are offered throughout the year at a small additional cost to our members and are often open to the public. They range from a series to single opportunity.

 

EVENTS

  • Many events are in house but many are OPEN to the PUBLIC!
  • Because we are a community within a community, we like to promote special events, both in-house or out of facility to bring members together and create a greater camaraderie for the empowerment of our members goals! 
  • Generally our Events are one to two months long.
  • The Transformation Challenge where teams workout toward the greater goal of winning a cash prize, shedding pounds and gaining muscle simultaneously. Can’t beat shedding the fat in hopes of taking home a cash prize!  Note: T2BB will not be hosting a Transformation in 2015. Rest assured, it will return!
  • The Tough Mudder is another event we have fostered annually. This brings partners together in a fun, hard working fashion with mud and lots of laughs. We have traditionally trained for the annual Tough Mudders, hence fostering true team spirit. Training together in and outside of the facility has built long lasting camaraderie!
  • MIP - Margarita Incentive Program is an in-house incentive program to help ellicit additional hard work from our members during their workouts.  Partners who give more, work at 110%, set goals in and out of the facility and achieve them, receive MIP points on a monthly basis. The culmination of everyones' hard work is an evening at Pica's restaurant for some more camaraderie building community love!
  • Maintaining Discipline - The MD Challenge, another in house incentive is about maintaining your pillar strength through exercise done at T2BB, exercise one does not get through most outdoor recreation. Remember, pillar or core strength IS what keeps you most efficient and helps prevent injury while playing outdoors.
  • Club Boards are in house goal boards our members can strive to complete. Women or Men Who Rock - the peg board climb up and back down; 40 and Over Club - Women only who can overhead press 40lbs single arm a minimum of 10 reps; Legzilla Club for Men & Women separately and more.  These Club boards have helped facilitate goals for members that otherwise may have not had goals and it is a fun way to foster community within our community - everyone supports everyone in their goal!
  • PBR - People Breaking Records for members to identify and set small personal goals or create new habits they want to instill longterm. 
  • Sandbag Month allows members to bring a friend, colleague or family member to Team training classes and Sandbag them in a challenging workout.

FITNESS & HEALTH RESULTS ARE NOT ACCOMPLISHED IN A 10-VISIT DROP IN PUNCH CARD

Health, strength, wellness and results are not achieved with a 10-punch card, random personal training or a month-to-month membership. This is why we at T2BB only offer annual partnerships - for long term success.  In addition to long term success, weekly progression and class intensity levels drop when catering to the 10 punch or month to month student. 

This may mean that our fitness facility is not for everyone! If you are looking for results, can consider a longer term commitment and you appreciate quality - then we may be a great fit for you. If sticker price is all you may see and is ultimately the deciding factor - without considering the value behind the offer, we think you might be missing what it is we offer.

We strongly feel we are the best at what we do and we are most definitely worth it!

CONSULT: IS THERE A WAY, I MAY SEE WHAT T2BB IS ABOUT WITHOUT HAVIN TO COMMIT?
Yes, of course, the Trial membership. Every new member is actually required to participate in a Trial, which includes a complementary (1.5 hour) consultation. It is important to us that one fully tryout T2BB before committing. The consult includes: a Functional Movement Screen; Body Composition Scan; Basic concepts to T2BB movement and Body Weight Equipment Exercises.

If at the end of a Trial membership, one wishes not to continue, there is no obligation to enroll.  T2BB is not a hard-sell facility, w want members to want to be here!  Note: A new member is defined as one who has not participated in ANY training at T2BB. 


FEES: ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES TO A MEMBERSHIP?
There is a one-time Enrollment fee ($99) upon joining. T2BB prides itself on being an exclusive ‘member fitness facility’ with a lot of benefits not found elsewhere. Just ask us or any other members!J 


ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER (EFT): HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE?
All payments are conducted using an EFT automatically withdrawing a monthly payment from a credit or debit card. Payment withdrawal occurs at the beginning of each month.


MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSIONS: CAN I SUSPEND MY MEMBERSHIP? WHEN & HOW?
Yes. All members can suspend their 12-month membership up to three (3) months for $20/month, a great perk. Advance notice prior to the end of the month is required – no refunds are given after the 2nd of the month.  Note: All suspensions extend the life of your agreement by the same number of months suspended. 


MEDICAL SUSPENSIONS: WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY OUTSIDE OF T2BB OR GET SICK OR PREGNANT?
Medical suspensions are also granted and for $15/month, are limited to (4) months with a medical note and do not count as a typical suspension.  Note: All suspensions extend the life of your agreement by the same number of months suspended. 


TRAINING WHILE INJURED: CAN I CONTINUE TRAINING WITHOUT AFFECTING MY INJURY?
We DO NOT offer physical therapy (PT) services at this time, but with Physician or PT permission, we will train everything except the injured area and are happy to work with whoever is treating you.  Note: We plan to have a PT on premise in future.  Our Fitness Coaches and any PT will collaborate to better support your progress to remain strong while you work out and participate in your separate therapy.

TRAINING WITH COACHES: CAN I REQUEST TO TRAIN WITH CERTAIN COACHES?
Unfortunately no.  Staff scheduling may for one not allow it, but we as a Team see benefit in you being trained by ALL of our Coaches, as every Coach has their own set of individual strengths that are a benefit to you.  The more sets of ‘eyes’ on you – the more efficient and quality training you will receive.


UPGRADES: MAY I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP DURING MY CONTRACT?
Members are of course, allowed to upgrade his/her membership at anytime during the membership agreement period, a great way to test out another membership option.
We do allow for a trial period of an upper membership level for a minimum of (3) months, whereby before that trial period ends, you can flex to another membership type.


DOWNGRADES: MAY I DOWNGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP DURING MY CONTRACT?
Downgrades are not permissible during your agreement period. Downgrades are available once your agreement ends, should you decide to renew at that time.  Note: Up and downgrade rates will always reflect the rate that was current at the time of your original T2BB inception (not the current going rate, another perk!)


FAMILY OR COUPLES: MY HUSBAND AND I WANT TO JOIN, ARE THERE FAMILY OPTIONS?
Yes, of course, several Family/Couple memberships receive a discounted rate of 5% each, with exception of Indie & Team. Two (2) individuals must either be a romantic couple, married, siblings, or parent and child. Funds must be drawn from single bank account.  Note:  If two people join together – they are subject to only one – onetime Enrollment fee. If a new member joins an already existing member – the new member is subject to an Enrollment fee and the rate for the new ‘family/couple membership’ is subject to current rates at that time, not the originating partners’ rate.

 
SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING: HOW DOES THIS WORK?
You are responsible for contacting the GM to schedule and to reschedule semis (preferably in advance – when needing to reschedule). Unfortunately at this time, semi privates are not schedule-able online.  T2BB works diligently to place members in semi slots that work well with members’ schedules and are with leveled workout companions.  Note: You never have to worry about scheduling your own people or friends to be in a semi private like at many other training facilities, we do it for you!


ROLLOVER SEMI PRIVATE SESSIONS: IF I DO NOT USE ALL OF MY ALLOCATED SESSIONS WITHIN THE MONTH, CAN I TRANSFER THEM OVER TO THE FOLLOWING MONTH?
Unfortunately no. All members are allocated a certain number of Semi Private training sessions per month to be used whenever during that month. No rollovers for Semi-Private sessions are permissible in any membership except the Platinum and Platinum Plus, which are memberships no longer offered, as of end of 2014.


APPOINTMENT BASED FACILITY: MAY I COME IN AND TRAIN ON MY OWN?
Yes, but with restriction, you still have to sign up online. T2BB offers self guided Blitz Training sessions. Blitz trainings are progressive, T2BB designed, 45-minute workouts with a 5-minute overview. Blitz sessions are designed for times when a member cannot make it to a Team training class, an added ability to train outside of the typical schedule!

 
PROGRESSIVE TEAM TRAINING: IS IT OKAY TO START A TEAM TRAINING CLASS MID MONTH?
Yes, for sure. Although you can attend any Team Training any time, it is recommended you attend near the beginning of each month, as all Team Trainings are progressive. However, Fitness Coaches will modify instruction for you based on your level of fitness.


WAIT LIST: DOES IT WORK - CLASSES SEEM VERY FULL.  WHAT ABOUT GETTING ENROLLED OFF THE WAIT LIST, ESPECIALLY IN THE MIDNIGHT OR EARLY MORNING HOURS?
Yes, the Waitlist works 95% of the time! Get enrolled.  You will be contacted by (via text & email).  You are responsible for your class status. We encourage you check online the night before (going to bed) and cancel if unable to ‘plan to attend’.  Chances are high.

 
CANCELLATIONS: HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CANCEL A BLITZ, TEAM OR SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING?
You have the following time schedule to cancel (via online, text, or email):
Blitz Trainings with a (15minute) advance notice results in a $10 charge
Team Trainings with a two (2hour) advance notice results in a $20 charge
Semi-Private appointments with an advance (24hours) notice results in a $40 charge and a lost session. 
Note: The cancellation policy helps promote accountability and enables fellow members to get into classes with notice.  With certain life hiccups – we can also be amenableJ


WHAT IF T2BB CANCELS A TEAM TRAINING SESSION?
T2BB requires three (3) or more members to run any Team Training or it will be cancelled.  T2BB will give the same minimum two (2) hour advance notice to members and will place members into another class, should another be available (on same day).

 
WHAT IF T2BB CANCELS A SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING SESSION?
T2BB will occasionally need to reschedule. T2BB will always respectfully ask a member if able to reschedule to a different time/day. A member is not at will to oblige a change, though it is appreciated, as we do the same for our membersJ  Note: If T2BB cancels last minute without sufficient timing or a Fitness Coach misses an appointment, T2BB will grant an additional semi private, in addition to a reschedule of missed appointment.

 
BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS: IS THERE A WAY I CAN TRACK MY PERCENT BODY FAT AND MUSCLE GAINED DURING MY TRAINING?
Most definitely! By regularly monitoring your body fat, muscle mass or muscular development with the InBody230 Machine you can understand how your nutrition, lifestyle and exercise regime are influencing your body composition.  Another perk, T2BB will chart your scans over time with a brief review if you choose to scan.

 
AGREEMENT: DO I HAVE TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT TO ANY MEMBERSHIP OPTION?
Yes. Once a membership has been purchased by or for you, all members must electronically sign an agreement accessed through your account info online. It is your responsibility to know our policy stated in your contract.

 
GETTING OUT OF THE AGREEMENT: WHAT IF I NEED TO GET OUT OF MY AGREEMENT?
A breach of agreement may only occur with a Physician or Physical Therapist’s letter or relocation out of valley. If cancellation occurs without the aforementioned exemptions, he/she is required to pay 80% of remaining membership agreement balance.

 
WHAT IF I ACT LIKE A CRAZY PERSON, INSULT FELLOW MEMBERS, REFUSE TO COOPERATE AND UNDERSTAND T2BB'S MISSION, OUTRAGE FITNESS COACHES OR WORSE, THE GM?
T2BB reserves the right to refuse service to any member or to terminate any member’s membership at anytime.
